Leading distribution giant, ADI Global Limited appointed Marcon to deliver the expansion and refurbishment project at their depot at Duncrue in Belfast.

Marcon have completed the reconfiguration works and office fit out for AllState NI, Northern Ireland’s largest and most successful IT company.

Marcon are delighted to be appointed to deliver the exhibition fit out within Wales largest castle – Caerphilly Castle.

Diageo have appointed Marcon to deliver the refurbishment of the Open Gate Brewery within their World leading tourist attraction – Guinness Storehouse.

Marcon have completed the refurbishment and fit out of No1 Lounge at London Luton Airport, replacing the existing Club rooms within the departures Lounge.

Hackett London has made its Irish debut with the opening of its first store here at Kildare shopping Village.

Marcon successfully completed the major refurbishment works for the new casual dining burger joint, Bunsen Burger.  The new establishment, situated at Botanic Avenue in Belfast, aims to provide its straight-up, no-nonsense burgers to the locals and students in the area.

Marcon achieved Gold in the 2023 Northern Ireland Environmental Benchmarking Survey. The NI Environmental Benchmarking Survey is an annual event that scores organisations on the measures they take to improve their environmental impacts.

The Marcon team were delighted to see the new Blavatnik Art, Film and Photography Gallery opening last week at IWM London.

Marcon collaborated with KANDOBLANC to create a bespoke plinth for the Maison’s inaugural object, AGA, unveiled at the prestigious Distiller’s One of One auction.

The North Face has opened its new store on Blackett Street in Newcastle Upon Tyne following a refurbishment and fit out completed by Marcon.

Creating Homes was launched in 2022 as part of Simon Community NI’s 50th anniversary. It is an ambitious plan which aims to create 50 new homes for people experiencing homelessness.

Chopstix has added another venue to its growing portfolio.  The new restaurant is located within the Brent Cross Shopping Centre in London, bringing the brand’s UK and Ireland portfolio to over 80 sites.

Titanic Belfast re-opened its doors to the public on Saturday 04th March following a multimillion-pound gallery refresh programme.

Marcon has been appointed to complete the fit-out of The Spanish Gallery, a new art gallery in Bishop Auckland in County Durham.

Our McDonald’s team has hit the ground running in 2021.  The restaurant chain is upgrading their drive thrus with new digital menus throughout the UK and Ireland and we have a dedicated team that is currently undertaking the upgrade works.

Marcon has helped create a must-see, interactive art installation at Titanic Quarter, Belfast. Northern Ireland will join a number of European countries including Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Greece to host The Disappearing Wall, an interactive art installation that celebrates Europe’s diversity of languages and ideas.

Marcon has completed the fit-out of the new Visit Derry visitor information centre at Waterloo Place in the city.  The new interactive centre will be a hub for visitors to the famous Walled City.

Marcon has been appointed to deliver the fast-track interpretive fit-out contract for the Grade II listed Hessle Mill in Yorkshire.

Marcon has been awarded a fit-out contract for the eagerly awaited Hinch Distillery in County Down. The total investment in the fit out of the distillery will be approximately £1M on completion.

We are really pleased to say that 3 projects that we recently worked on have been shortlisted for the 2020 RIAI Public Choice Award.

Members of staff at Marcon have raised £500 for local charity TinyLife. The company’s employees raffled off gifts and hampers that they received over the Christmas period to raise the cash for this very worthwhile charity.

Marcon has been appointed by VF Group to fit-out a store for their Timberland brand in Buchanan Street, Glasgow.

Marcon has been appointed to complete the fit-out works at the highly anticipated OM Dark Sky Park and Observatory near Cookstown in Co Tyrone.

Derry City and Strabane District Council has appointed Marcon Fit-Out to carry out refurbishment works on the new Visit Derry visitor information centre at Waterloo Place.

Marcon has completed the fit-out of the new Fry Model Railway Museum in the newly refurbished and extended Casino building in Malahide. The museum houses a collection of Irish railway memorabilia and a large modern railway layout depicting several moving scenes.

Marcon took part in the 2019 Northern Ireland Environmental Benchmarking Survey for the first time and has achieved Gold status – the second highest scoring level.

Marcon has raised £1,000 for the Alzheimer’s Society by taking part in the charity’s ‘Memory Walk’ at Stormont Estate in Belfast.

Marcon has been appointed by Monaghan County Council to deliver the fit-out of the Patrick Kavanagh Exhibition Centre in Inniskeen.

It will be all hands-on deck at Marcon and hsd after being awarded the contract for the design and build of a new HMS Victory gallery at The National Museum of the Royal Navy in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

Marcon has been entrusted with the fit-out of the new Museum of Literature Ireland – one of Dublin’s most anticipated projects in recent years.
