Office fit out for tech giant AllState NI
Marcon have completed the reconfiguration works and office fit out for AllState NI, Northern Ireland’s largest and most successful IT company.
Located at the Innovation Centre in Derry/ Londonderry, the state-of-the-art office space will accommodate over 100 staff, providing open plan work areas, meeting rooms, wellness room, boardroom, kitchenette, and breakout spaces.
Every aspect of the office has been thoughtfully crafted to promote collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being.
Our works included removal of flooring, walls & glazed screens and repairs to raised access flooring, followed by the internal fit out.
The fit out included a range of expert bespoke finishes, such as booth seating with integrated Corian worktops, textured Corian reception desk and solid oak acoustic wall paneling throughout, all manufactured at our specialist joinery workshop.
The use of textured Corian not only enhances the visual appeal of the space but offers practical benefits such as easy maintenance, resistance to stains, and the ability to seamlessly integrate with other design elements.
