Marcon Fit Out

Leading distribution giant, ADI Global Limited appointed Marcon to deliver the expansion and refurbishment project at their depot at Duncrue in Belfast.

The project consisted of the amalgamation of two existing wholesale retail and warehouse premises to form one seamless building for the global distribution company.

The works incorporated the strip out of existing unit, followed by the internal fit out of a new sales area, offices, and training rooms for their staff.  The new layouts have been equipped with modern furniture and fittings, signage, and energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems providing a more comfortable environment for their team.

All works were undertaken whilst the existing and adjoining ADI unit remained operational.  Therefore, minimizing any impact to ADI’s daily operations, and enabling them to continue to serve their customers was of key importance.
