Thank you to our generous colleagues within Marcon who have donated food and toiletries to the local foodbank in Antrim.

Marcon staff decided to start a foodbank collection at the beginning of December to help those in need.  It is the time of year for giving and we are really pleased to be able to give families less fortunate than ourselves a little help this Christmas.

When many people in the local area are struggling to make ends meet it is great to see Marcon’s employees willing to help in this way.

Mark McElroy, Director, Marcon adds “I would like to personally thank everyone in Marcon for their generosity in contributing to our foodbank collection.  This will make such a difference for so many people as we approach Christmas.  I would also like to commend the volunteers from Antrim Foodbank who do an amazing job throughout the year.”

Antrim Foodbank provides emergency food and support to local people in crisis and is always looking for help from local businesses.  More information can be found here – Antrim Foodbank.
