Marcon appointed to carry out fit-out works at Innovation Factory in Belfast.

Marcon has been appointed to carry out fit-out works at Innovation Factory, which offers a range of office space for innovative start-up and growing businesses.
Developed on the former Mackies Plant in Belfast, its aim is to develop and support social regeneration within the local area, whilst providing a state of the art facility for small business growth.
Marcon will carry out internal layout alterations to meeting rooms, HVAC, Electrical works, joinery, Audio Visual installation and the fitting of acoustic sliding partition walls.
Innovation Factory is managed by Oxford Innovation, who started by creating Europe’s first innovation centre – and now manage a growing network of centres across the UK.
