Project Description:
The works comprised the internal fit-out of the existing unit and a new 4000 sq ft extension to form one seamless store.
Project was completed in a phased manner to enable the store to remain open to members of the public for the duration of the contract.
Robust health and safety measures where in place to prevent injury to any person and particular care taken to minimise any disruption to our client, customers or neighbouring businesses.
Scope of work incorporated:
- Formation of partition walls and bulkheads, ceilings, & drylining to retail area.
- Internal shop fit joinery work to retail area.
- Ceiling features
- New counters, fridges, and shelving
- New floor finishes to front of house to suit layout.
- Various finishes to walls including paint, tiling and timber cladding
