Marcon were appointed as Principal Contractor for the internal alterations and layout reconfiguration followed by the fit out to provide a new casual dining experience in Magherafelt.
The new store offers customers a dine in or take away option.
Full scope of work incorporates:
- Strip out
- Existing services were reconfigured to suit layout and altered where necessary.
- New flooring
- Counters
- Wall finishes
- Ceilings
- Lighting and CCTV
- New equipment installs such as signage & graphics
- Testing and commissioning of new and existing services
