Project Description:
Marcon fulfilled the role of principal contractor for the refurbishment works within the 2 story building to create a new 1400 sqm casual dining restaurant for Bunsen Burger with seating for 70 guests.
- Complete strip out of existing Fit-Out and associated M&E services to ground and first floor
- Structural works
- Fit out works across both floors, to include new ceilings, partitions, wall and floor finishes and new heating,cooling and lighting systems.
