Project Description:
Marcon were appointed principal contractor to refurbish an existing El Mex into a new Mexican eatery – Benitos.
The unit is positioned within the departure lounge and is surrounded by retail units, restaurants, and a passenger transit route to the boarding gates, which required robust health and safety plans and continuity of building services to eliminate any disruption to adjacent businesses.
