Project Description:
Marcon were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the major refurbishment and fit out of The Scribbling Mill pub at the White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds.
The project consists of a vacant two storey unit and the scope of works included:
- Strip out
- Reconfiguration works to suit new pub and restaurant layouts
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system installations
- External works including glazed balustrade; beer garden and new cellar within the service yard
- Internal fit out of entire complex including furniture; fittings; raised seating area; bar; kitchen equipment; signage; toilet refurbishment; ceiling rafts
Project completed on time and on budget.
