Marcon were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the fit out of Slim Chicken’s first ever drive thru restaurant in N. Ireland.
Located within a 9,800 sq. ft prime space at Sprucefield retail development, the project comprised the conversion of a former casual dining restaurant, formation of new drive through lane, including hard and soft landscaping adaptations. Alterations to the building façade to introduce brand related finishes and faux elevations. Internal refurbishment including part strip out of existing finishes and reinstatement with new.
