Marcon was appointed as Principal Contractor for the full design and build fit-out of a new regional office for MHS Inc, a leading multinational company known for its work in cutting-edge technology and innovative global solutions.
Located on the first floor of a commercial building, the 3,350 sq. ft space was handed over in CAT A condition, requiring a full CAT B fit-out to transform it into a functional and future-ready workspace.
Working closely with the client, Marcon developed and delivered a tailored office layout to support MHS Inc’s operational needs.
