Marcon was appointed to deliver the complete fit-out of Abercrombie & Fitch’s first standalone store in Northern Ireland, located within Victoria Square, Belfast. The project involved transforming an existing two-level retail unit into a contemporary flagship retail environment that reflects the brand’s latest global store concept.
Working in partnership with Abercrombie & Fitch and the entire project team, we were tasked with creating a premium retail experience while maintaining operational continuity within one of Belfast’s busiest shopping centres.
Throughout the programme, close coordination was maintained with the Abercrombie & Fitch team to ensure all construction works aligned with final furniture layouts, visual merchandising requirements and operational needs.
