1837 Bar & Brasserie

Fit out of the 1837 Bar & Brasserie at Guinness Storehouse

Marcon were appointed by Diageo as principal contractor to deliver the fit out of the 1837 bar and brasserie.

Named after the year Benjamin Disraeli famously paired oysters with Guinness, the space combines a modern brasserie aesthetic with industrial charm, open ceilings, sleek metal-framed glass, and a central arena-style kitchen that adds theatrical flair to your dining experience

Bold “1837” graphics dominate walls, and vintage Guinness‑themed posters connect the decor deeply to the brand’s storied heritage.
