Our latest project has just finished up, the successful completion of a brand-new Hollister store at Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow — marking our first collaboration with this exciting global fashion brand.
Hollister Co. is a leading lifestyle brand inspired by Southern California, known worldwide for its casual, laid-back style and immersive in-store experience. The new Silverburn location continues this tradition, offering shoppers a bright, modern retail environment that reflects Hollister’s global brand standards.
Delivered over a 15-week programme, the project transformed a vacant tenant unit into a 5000 sq. Ft. ground floor store. The full interior fit out included the installation of a new storefront, interior walls, ceilings, floor finishes, fixtures, lighting, and mechanical systems. The existing structure remained unchanged while mechanical and electrical systems were carefully modified to suit the new layout.
Located within one of Scotland’s leading shopping destinations, the project was delivered within a live retail environment, requiring careful coordination with the centre’s management and surrounding tenants to ensure minimal disruption and a safe working environment throughout.
Key structural elements involved the installation of new secondary steelwork frames to support the shopfront and sliding shutter.
