Guinness Open Gate Brewery
Project Description:
Marcon were appointed by Diageo as Principal Contractor to deliver the Internal and external refurbishment works and fit out within the world-famous Guinness Open Gate Brewery.
The scope of works included:
- Installation of glazed screens including steel support structures.
- Modification to existing structures as necessary.
- Interior fit out including upgrade to existing finishes and mechanical/electrical installations.
- Manufacture of all internal and external loose furniture and planters
- Installation of new exterior infrastructure between the OGB and St James Street.
