Marcon Fit-Out Ltd completed the transformation of three vacant commercial units on Strand Road, Derry, into an exciting new bar and entertainment destination. Located within the ground and basement levels of the Holiday Inn Express, this 14,000 sq ft venue is a major new addition to the city.
Appointed as the specialist fit-out contractor, Marcon delivered a full internal fit-out across both levels, creating a high-spec, multi-functional space.
A key feature of the project is the extensive specialist joinery, all manufactured in-house by Marcon’s workshop team and consisted of; bespoke bars, DJ booth, stage and surround, wall panelling, book shelving, ceiling features, and custom dart surrounds.
