Tahi Eatery has made its U.K debut with the opening of a stunning 2,400 sq ft restaurant and bar in Manchester.

The new venue is situated on the ground floor of the trendy Circle Sq building on Oxford Street.

Marcon were delighted to be selected as Principal contractor for the strip out, refurbishment and fit out works.  The new restaurant features a grab & go counter, bakery area, bar, kitchen, and restaurant with seating for 102 guests.

Designed by Just H Architects, the new interior colours and materials are inspired from the natural wonders of New Zealands native forests, geothermal pools & mountains.  Each colour has a significant meaning & purpose across the building.

The new dining destination combines featured wall and ceiling slats and large mid floor displays, with generously overflowing planting to help create warmth and intimacy within the space. Timber-stained joinery and solid surface counters have been installed throughout and large-scale bespoke wall shelving balances out the area’s height. Banquette style seating has been upholstered in warm tones to deliver the Clients desired look and feel as well as meeting all current legislation and requirements.

The result, an accessible, warm, and welcoming space.

Tahi eatery will certainly add to this popular area, serving up a range of speciality coffees and a dining experience with a kiwi twist.
