A Traditional Build and Fit-Out for McDonald’s UK

Marcon completed a traditional build and fit out for the new McDonald’s Restaurant at Denaby Main. The project involved the major redevelopment of a brownfield site, including highway works, access roads and pedestrian crossings to allow for the construction and fit out of the new build restaurant. Externally, the new build features a side-by-side drive thru, play area, car parking areas and EV charging points.

Fifteen new build stores for the global restaurant brand

New Build projects generally consist of the reconfiguration and refurbishment of vacant one/ two storey building or works associated with a new modular building to form a brand-new McDonalds restaurant.

Externally works consisting of excavations to form new external layout; roof works; car park reconfiguration; external signage; block paving; hard & soft landscaping.

Internally works incorporate demolitions; soft strip out; alterations to fire alarm system; reconfiguration of existing data cabling; installation of new internal walls; ceiling rafts and grids; mechanical and electrical services; ducting; kitchen equipment; flooring; graphics; furniture; counters; digital menu boards; self-order kiosks and iPad stations.
