The impressive 3,500 sq. ft. restaurant includes a convenient drive-thru, car parking, and separate access for their McDelivery service providing convenience for customers and choices on how they order their food.

Marcon were appointed as the Principal Contractor by Ardboe Developments Ltd. We began construction of the traditional new build in April and works included, excavations, and utility installations, all meticulously planned to meet McDonald’s operational needs. A robust steel frame formed the skeleton of the building, which was finished with high-quality cladding.

In August, Marcon kicked off the full internal fit-out, transforming the structure into a customer-friendly space with modern fixtures, stylish finishes, and eye-catching signage. The result is a sleek and functional restaurant designed for both dine-in and takeout options.

The new McDonald’s is a testament to the diverse capabilities of Marcon’s team, seamlessly blending traditional building techniques with fast-track delivery.
