Project Description:
Marcon completed the fit-out of the eagerly awaited Freshly Chopped at Donegall Square West, Belfast. The popular healthy food company offers customers a “lightning fast chopping experience” and a unique and healthy fast food range.
Mount Charles, Ireland’s largest, independently owned food service and business support services provider has an exclusive franchise agreement to rollout Ireland’s leading healthy food brand, Freshly Chopped across Northern Ireland and Donegal.
Marcon worked closely with Paul Horscroft from Horscroft Design who has designed the interior of the unit which was formerly the ground floor of the Apartment Bar in Belfast.
Marcon completed the full fit-out of the unit, forming new walls and installing a new mechanical and electrical system throughout. New ceiling, flooring and wall finishes of Belfast brick cladding and corrugated steel wall panelling adds an industrial edge to the interior. Marcon manufactured and installed all the specialist joinery including distressed timber display units, fixed seating and feature silestone counters.
